In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), this notice informs users of this website about how their personal data is processed.
1. Data controller
- Owner: Andreu Mariner (freelance web designer).
- Country: Spain.
- Contact email: hello@andreumariner.com
2. Purpose of processing
The data you provide through the contact form (name, email address and the content of your message) is processed for the sole purpose of answering and managing your enquiry or request, as well as maintaining any communication arising from it.
No profiling or automated decision-making is carried out with your data.
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent, given expressly when you tick the acceptance box and submit the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.
4. Data retention
Your data will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods legally required to address any potential liabilities. Once these purposes have been fulfilled, the data will be deleted.
5. Recipients and processors
No data is transferred to third parties unless legally required. To provide the service, the following providers are used, acting as data processors under the corresponding contractual safeguards:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and Turnstile anti-spam service.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of the emails generated by the contact form.
- Google LLC — web analytics (Google Analytics / Tag Manager) using aggregated data.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, international transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request its deletion, object to processing, request its restriction and exercise the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@andreumariner.com stating the right you wish to exercise.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.
7. Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for analytics purposes, to understand in aggregate how the website is used and to improve the experience. You can configure or block cookies from your browser settings.
8. Security
The necessary technical and organisational measures are applied to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access.
